Requirements for the registration office

The reporting office must process reports confidentially, independently and impartially. The guidelines explain which reporting channels are permitted, how confirmations of receipt and feedback must be made and which documentation obligations apply.

🔒

GDPR-compliant, anonymous & secure

Whistleblowing systems must protect the identity of whistleblowers and enable anonymous reporting. You will learn about the technical and organizational requirements for a legally compliant system and how you can meet them.

⚠️

Avoid sanctions, fines & risks

Those who do not set up a reporting office risk fines. Companies that discriminate against whistleblowers or violate confidentiality can be fined up to €100,000. The guide shows which errors trigger the most frequent fine proceedings.

💡

Strategic added value

A well-established whistleblowing system is more than just fulfilling a duty: it detects violations at an early stage, protects reputation and strengthens the trust of employees and business partners. The guide shows how you can use the Whistleblower Act as an opportunity for your corporate culture.
