The long-awaited Whistleblower Protection Act is currently an important topic in Poland. On 19 June 2024, the Polish Whistleblower Protection Act received parliamentary approval.
The law will enter into force three months after its publication in the Journal of Laws, which means a very short period of time for companies to implement the new binding procedure.
